Obtain Permits

Linwood Log Homes' detailed blueprints are known for their clarity and accuracy.

This allows our plans to be approved by the local building permits department faster than normal. We have even had the comment that 'these plans are the best we have ever seen".

Linwood will work closely with a local engineer in your area to ensure that your plan meets snow load requirements and other applicable local regulations.

Depending on the geographical area, building permits can take quite a long time to be approved.  You will need to make sure plans are submitted in a time frame that will allow the proposed construction timetable to take place.  This is particularly important if weather is an issue in the building process.
