Linwood Log Homes has an award-winning design team who will work with you from the very beginning of your project to ensure that you achieve your dream.

Start your design process with clippings from magazines or homes that appeal to you. Look for details that would enhance your plan - vaulted ceilings, exposed log trusses, log stairs, stone fireplaces, etc. etc. Talk to us, send us your ideas and let us work together.

Our Dreambuilder process starts with the production of basic working drawings. We are even able to create a virtual tour for you so that you can see your new home before it's constructed. Imagine being able to view that master bedroom, the living room and to make changes before you build. Now you can. Once these incorporate the general layout and look of the home you want, we then proceed to prepare a Preliminary plan.  This shows detailed floor plans and elevations. 

You can then review the Preliminary Plan and make any changes required to ensure it reflects your new dream home.  Finally, this is used as the basis for the preparation of Construction Blueprints.  These will be used to obtain planning approval and by the builder in the actual home construction.
