We are committed to sourcing and delivering high quality materials for use in every home construction project

To ensure consistent quality standards we either manufacture the material ourselves or source it from brand-name manufacturers. These manufacturers have proved their capability over many years of experience in the industry and fully support their product in the field.

Our own manufacturing facilities include a sawmill and re-manufacturing plant. All cedar components are manufactured by the plant to meet higher performance standards than commonly available in the market. It also means we can create a unique look just for you.

We have also secured our own timber licenses through programs operated by the Ministry of Forests in British Columbia, Canada. All logs are professionally harvested by contractors understand their future is dependent upon looking after the forests. The Linwood logging operations not only include harvesting the timber, but also reforesting the land and maintaining the seedlings to maturity. No logs are harvested from environmentally sensitive areas.

This controlled harvesting allows for a consistent supply of high quality timber, suitable for use in all Linwood home packages. This wood is of an uncommonly high standard and is widely agreed to be the best in the world marketplace today.
